Data we process
Employee compliance records: names, nationality, residence status, permit and passport data, and documents provided by employers.
Company data isolation
Each employer organization is fully isolated. Data from one organization is never accessible to another. All company-level queries are strictly organization-scoped.
Access & auditability
Access is role-based and least-privilege. Workers may only access their own records. Security-relevant actions are recorded in audit logs.
Security
Secure authentication, encrypted communication, secure document handling and restricted admin access are core to the platform. We make no claims of certifications that are not implemented.
