1. Service
EmployGuard is a compliance management tool that helps employers manage work authorization, residence documents, expiry dates and related tasks for international employees. It does not provide legal advice.
2. Accounts & responsibilities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of the employee data they enter and for lawful processing of that data. Worker accounts are provided by invitation only. Each organization's data is isolated from others.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other organizations' data, or upload unlawful content. Access is role-based and least-privilege.
4. Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
